Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Kepuasan pengguna Terhadap aplikasi Welearn dan factor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan variabel-variabel pada metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan Mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Terhadap Aplikasi Welearn. Metode ini memiliki 5 variabel yaitu persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, sikap dalam penggunaan, niat untuk menggunakan, dan sistem secara actual. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian analisis Kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadap Welearn adalah mengetahui hasil uji hipotesis, pada hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa kelima hipotesis diterima yaitu Sikap Pengunaan (Attitude Toward Using) berpengaruh terhadap Niat Untuk Menggunakan (Behavioral Intention to Use). Niat Untuk Menggunakan (Behavioral Intention to Use) berpengaruh terhadap Sistem secara actual (Actual System Use). Kemudahan (Perceived Ease Of Use) berpengaruh terhadap Sikap dalam penggunaan (Attitude Toward Using). : Kemudahan (Perceived Ease Of Use) berpengaruh terhadap Kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness). Kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness) berpengaruh terhadap Sikap dalam penggunaan (Attitude Toward Using). Kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness) berpengaruh terhadap Niat Untuk Menggunakan (Behavioral Intention to Use). ============================================================ This research was conducted to determine user satisfaction with the Welearn application and what factors influence the level of user satisfaction based on the variables in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is a method that can be used as a method to determine the level of satisfaction of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma students with the Welearn application. This method has 5 variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease, attitude towards use, intention to use, and the actual system. The results obtained from the research analysis of Student Satisfaction with Welearn are knowing the results of the hypothesis test. In the results of the hypothesis test it is known that the five hypotheses are accepted, namely Attitude Toward Using which influences the Intention to Use (Behavioral Intention to Use). Intention to Use (Behavioral Intention to Use) influences the actual system (Actual System Use). Convenience (Perceived Ease of Use) influences Attitude Toward Using. : Convenience (Perceived Ease of Use) influences Usefulness (Perceived Usefulness). Perceived Usefulness influences Attitude Toward Using. Usefulness (Perceived Usefulness) influences the Intention to Use (Behavioral Intention to Use).
