Abstract

Nur Fitriani, 2024, Membangun Aplikasi Monitoring Kehadiran Pegawai Berbasis Android Pada Disnakertrans Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Skripsi jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, Pembimbing Pendamping Muhammad Ibnu Sa’ad, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata kunci : Presensi, Disnakertrans, Android Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat membangun sebuah sistem monitoring kehadiran pegawai berbasis android yang nantinya bisa membantu Disnakertrans Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam melakukan monitoring kehadiran pegawai, rekapitulasi kehadiran pegawai dan pengiriman laporan kehadiran pegawai tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempermudah monitoring kehadiran pegawai dan mempercepat rekapitulasi daftar kehadiran pegawai pada Disnakertrans Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah prototype model. Metode ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Comminication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype dan Deployment Delivery & Feedback. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk Admin dan Atasan Langsung dalam mengolah data dan monitoring kehadiran pegawai, serta berbasis android untuk pegawai melakukan presensi masuk dan presensi pulang. Pada sistem berbasis android pegawai juga dapat menginput presensi dengan berbagai keterangan seperti izin pulang cepat, izin tidak masuk, sakit, cuti, dinas luar dan tugas luar. Hasil pengujian blakbox pada penelitian ini adalah sudah sesuai dan hasil pengujian betabox bernilai 89.60% ========================================================== Nur Fitriani, 2024, Developing an Android-Based Employee Attendance Monitoring Application at the East Kalimantan Province Department of Labor and Transmigration. Keywords : Attendance, Disnakertrans, Android This research was conducted to develop an Android-based employee attendance monitoring system that can assist the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of East Kalimantan Province in monitoring employee attendance, recapitulating employee attendance, and timely submission of attendance reports. The objective of this research is to simplify employee attendance monitoring and expedite the recapitulation of employee attendance lists at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of East Kalimantan Province. The system development method used is the prototype model. This method consists of five stages: Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The result of this research is a web-based information system for Administrators and Direct Supervisors to process data and monitor employee attendance, and an Android-based system for employees to record their check-in and check-out times. In the Android-based system, employees can also input attendance with various remarks such as early leave, absence, sick leave, personal leave, business trips, and external duties. The blackbox testing in this research shows that the system functions as expected, and the betabox testing results in a score of 89.60%
