Abstract

Ahmad Purwandika, 2024, Pemanfaatan Virtual Reality Dalam Pemasaran Apartemen Pandan Wangi Samarinda, Skripsi Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama H. Tommy Bustomi, S.Kom., M.Kom dan Pembimbing Pendamping Drs. Azahari M.Kom. Kata kunci: VR, MDLC, Apartemen Apartemen Pandan Wangi Samarinda merupakan komplek apartemen pertama yang terletak di kota Samarinda dengan fasilitas pusat pembelanjaan, olahraga serta perkantoran, berlokasikan di jantung kota Samarinda. Media pemasaran seperti brosur dan media sosial masih menjadi pilihan utama bagi Apartemen Pandan Wangi Samarinda untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan unit-unit hunian yang ditawarkan. Hasil dari Penelitian Pemanfaatan Virtual Reality Dalam Pemasaran Apartemen Pandan Wangi Samarinda dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan program unity 2019. Kemudian didistribusikan kepada pihak manajemen Apartemen Pandan Wangi Peneliti membangun sebuah media promosi dalam bentuk Virtual Reality berbasis android. Menggunakan Figma untuk desain antarmuka, Unity 2019 untuk program utama, Blender untuk modelling untuk membangun aplikasi android VR. Jenis Virtual Reality dengan Metode pengembangan Multimedia meliputi Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing dan Distribution. Keywords: VR, MDLC, Apartement Pandan Wangi Apartment Samarinda is the first apartment complex located in Samarinda city with facilities for shopping centers, sports, and offices, situated in the heart of Samarinda. Traditional marketing media such as brochures and social media remain the primary choices for Pandan Wangi Apartment Samarinda to introduce and promote their residential units.. The results of the research on the Utilization of Virtual Reality in the Marketing of Pandan Wangi Apartment Samarinda were achieved using Unity 2019. then distributed to the management of Pandan Wangi Apartments The researcher developed a promotional media in the form of Android-based Virtual Reality. Using Figma for interface design, Unity 2019 for the core programming, Blender for modeling to build the Android VR application. The Virtual Reality type with Multimedia Development Life Cycle includes Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution stages. System testing was conducted using Black Box and Beta methods
