Abstract

ABSTRAK Jaenal Hakim, 2024, Sistem Informasi Penyedia Jasa Cleaning Service Berbasis Web Pada PT. Resik Cemerlang. Kata Kunci : Cleaning Service, Sistem Informasi, Aplikasi Jasa Cleaning Service merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari dimana orang semakin sibuk dengan pekerjaan dan waktu yang di miliki sangat terbatas, dengan keadaan tersebut maka sangat di butuhkan informasi pemenuhan kebutuhan jasa service, dimana untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilakn informasi cepat, akurat dan realtime adalah berbasis web. PT. Resik Cemerlang adalah salah satu pelopor dalam industri kebersihan di Indonesia. PT. Resik Cemerlang kini telah bekembang menjadi salah satu perusahaan penyedia facility service terkemuka dengan jaringan yang tersebar lebih dari 8 kota besar di Indonesia, Khususnya kota yang bercabang di samarinda, saat ini sistem yang berjalan di samarinda masi dilakukan konfensional terkadang terjadi kehilangan data pada saat pengelolaan data, dan sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan sata client memesan jasa kebersihan, sehingga terjadi kesalahan proses perhitungan. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan penelitian terkait yang telah di uraikan di atas, penulis akan membuat sebuah sistem informasi cleaning service berbasis web yang dapat mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, dengan semakin luasnya jangkauaan membuat konsumen pemesan jasa cleaning service mendapatkan informasi secarang lengkap dan tepat. ============================================================= ABSTRACT Jaenal Hakim, 2024, Decision Support System for News Broadcasting Determination using Naïve Bayes Method on PT. Cleaning Service is an unavoidable need where people are increasingly busy with work and the time they have is very limited, with this situation information is really needed to fulfill service needs, where to get information we need technology that can be used to produce information quickly. , accurate and realtime is web based. PT. Resik Cemerlang is one of the pioneers in the cleaning industry in Indonesia. PT. Resik Cemerlang has now developed into one of the leading facility service provider companies with a network spread across more than 8 major cities in Indonesia, especially the branched city in Samarinda. Currently the system running in Samarinda is still conventional, sometimes data loss occurs during data management. , and errors in recording often occur when clients order cleaning services, resulting in calculation process errors. Based on the problems and related research described above, the author will create a web-based cleaning service information system that can improve company performance, by expanding its reach so that consumers ordering cleaning services receive complete and accurate information.
