Abstract

ABSTRAK Michael Klemens Saputra Wijaya, 2024, Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Umat Gereja GBI KELIR pada Ibadah Live Streaming Menggunakan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Bartolomius Harpad,S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II) Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom.,M.Kom., Kata Kunci : EUCS, Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan, Ibadah Live Streaming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan umat Gerja GBI Kelir terhadap ibadah live streaming yang diselenggarakan oleh gereja tersebut. Ibadah live streaming telah menjadi alternatif penting bagi gereja untuk tetap terhubung dengan jemaatnya, terutama dalam situasi pandem seperti saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan umat Gereja GBI Kelir terhadap ibadah live streaming menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction. Metode ini digunakan untuj mengevaluasi pengalaman penguna dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi, dalam hal ini, penggunaan live streaming untuk ibadah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada umat gereja GBI Kelir ang menghadiri ibadah melalui live streaming. Kuesioner kepada umat gereja GBI Kelir yang menghadiri ibadah melalu live streaming. Kuesioner ini dirancang berdasarakan dimensi-dimensi kepuasan pengguna dalam kontek End User Computing Satisfaction, termasuk faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, kinerja sistem, dan dukungan teknis. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis faktor untuk mengeskplorasi yang lebih baik tentang tingkat kepuasan umat gereja GBI Kelir terhadap penggunaan ibadah live streaming dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi gereja dalam meningkatkan pengalaman ibadah online mereka di masa mendatang. ============================================================ ABSTRACT Michael Klemens Saputra Wijaya, 2024, Analysis of the Level of Satisfaction of GBI KELIR Church People with Live Streaming Worship Using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Method, Widya Cipta Dharma College of Information and Computer Management, Supervisor (I) Bartolomius Harpad, S.Kom., M.Kom, Supervisor (II) Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom., Keywords: EUCS, Satisfaction Level Analysis, Live Streaming Worship. This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of the congregation of the GBI Kelir Church with the live streaming services organized by the church. Live streaming worship has become an important alternative for churches to stay connected with their congregation, especially in the current pandemic situation. This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of the GBI Kelir Church congregation towards live streaming worship using the End User Computing Satisfaction method. This method is used to evaluate user experiences in using information technology, in this case, using live streaming for worship. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to GBI Kelir church congregations who attend services via live streaming. Questionnaire for GBI Kelir church congregation who attend services via live streaming. This questionnaire was designed based on dimensions of user satisfaction in the context of End User Computing Satisfaction, including factors such as ease of use, system performance, and technical support. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and factor analysis to better explore the level of satisfaction of the GBI Kelir church congregation with the use of live streaming worship and provide valuable insight for the church in improving their online worship experience in the future.
