Kata Kunci : Analisis, Pengukuran, Kualitas Website, Disdikbud Kaltimprov Dengan Metode Service Quality Analisis Pengukuran Kualitas Website Disdikbud Kaltimprov adalah suatu upaya proses, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan untuk me- menuhi segala keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga ketetapan pen- yampaianya dapat seimbang dengan harapan bagi para pengguna. Dengan alat bantu tertentu yang bertujuan mengetahui apakah website Disdikbud Kaltimprov memiliki kualitas yang efisien dan efektif bagi para penggunan- ya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa kuesioner, dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Service Quality pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Ti- mur sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan metode Service Quality ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan web pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Keywords: Analysis, Measurement, Website Quality, East Kalimantan Education and Culture Office Using the Service Quality Method Analysis of Quality Measurement of the Kaltimprov Disdikbud Website is a process, planning, organizing, directing effort to fulfill all the wishes and needs of users so that delivery decisions can be balanced with the expectations of users. With certain tools aimed at finding out whether the Kaltimprov Disdikbud website has quality that is efficient and effective for its users. In this research, the data collection method that will be used is a question- naire and literature study which is the theoretical basis that will be used. The method that will be used is Service Quality at the East Kalimantan Province Edu- cation and Culture Service as a case study. This research using the Service Quality method aims to measure the quali- ty of web services at the East Kalimantan Province Education and Culture Service. The final result of this research is that using the Servqual method can produce Gap values from Perception and Reality in each variable
