Abstract

ABSTRAK Mayca Iriani Putri, 2024, Sistem Informasi Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Dalam Penggunaan Portal Akademik Dengan Menggunakan Metode PIECES Pada Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. Skripsi Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., M.M, Pembimbing (II) Muhammad Ibnu Saad S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Tingkat Kepuasan , Mahasiswa, menggunakan Metode PIECES. Analisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan portal akademik dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang disediakan oleh perguruan tinggi. penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan portal akademik Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang sejauh mana portal akademik memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa, serta aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan metode PIECES bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan portal akademik Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang sejauh mana portal akademik memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa, serta aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam Penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa kuesioner, dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang akan digunakan ada PIECES modifikasi dengan Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda sebagai studi kasusnya. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu, dengan menggunakan metode PIECES dapat menghasilkan nilai rata-rata setiap variabel. variabel Perfomance 4.01 , Variabel Information dan Data 3.81, Variabel Economi 3.44 , Variabel Efficiency 4.21 , variabel Service 4.35 . sehingga perhitungan rata-rata tingkat kepuasan 3.96 Sehingga ini menunjukkan indikasi yang positif yaitu mahasiswa merasa puas dengan sistem informasi portal akademik Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. =========================================================== ABSTRACT Mayca Iriani Putri, 2024, Information System Analysis of Student Satisfaction Levels in Using Academic Portals Using the PIECES Method at Widya Gama Mahakam University Samarinda. Analysis of the level of student satisfaction in using academic portals in an effort to improve the quality of services provided by universities. This research will be carried out with the aim of analyzing the level of student satisfaction in using the Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda University academic portal. This research is expected to provide a more comprehensive picture of the extent to which academic portals meet student needs, as well as aspects that need to be improved. With research using the PIECES method, the aim is to find out how to analyze the level of student satisfaction in using academic portals. This research is expected to provide a more comprehensive picture of the extent to which academic portals meet student needs, as well as aspects that need to be improved. In this research, the data collection methods that will be used are questionnaires and literature studies which are the theoretical basis that will be used. The method that will be used is a modified PIECES with Widya Gama Mahakam University Samarinda as the case study. The final result of this research is that using the PIECES method can produce an average value for each variable. Performance variable 4.01, Information and Data variable 3.81, Economic variable 3.44, Efficiency variable 4.21, Service variable 4.35. so the calculation of the average level of satisfaction is 3.96. So this shows a positive indication, namely that students feel satisfied with the academic portal information system at Widya Gama Mahakam University,Samarinda.
