Abstract
Tiktok merupakan salah satu media sosial paling populer pada saat ini. Dapat mengetahui berbagai tanggapan masyarakat yang termasuk kategori positif, netral atau negatif. Dengan banyaknya pengguna tiktok dibawah umur aplikasi ini tidak memungkiri bahwa ada dampak negatif pada tiktok tersebut. Dampak negatif tersebut yaitu bullying dan narcissistic, karena di dalam aplikasi tersebut terdapat kolom komentar yang digunakan penggunanya untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap video yang diunggah. Dalam kolom komentar tersebut pengguna bebas menggunakan bahasa apapun yang tidak memungkiri dalam penulisan komentar tersebut bersifat kasar bahkan menyerang penggunggah video tersebut yang mengakibatkan terjadinya bullying. Analisis sentimen merupakan salah satu cabang penelitian dari Text Mining yang melakukan proses klasifikasi pada dokumen teks. Metode yang digunakan adalah Naive Bayes. Data yang digunakan berupa respon pengguna media sosial TikTok terhadap cyber security sejumlah 310. Hasil analisis dengan metode Naive Bayes menghasilkan nilai akurasi terendah sebesar 51,61% dari rasio 1:9 dan menghasilkan nilai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 62,90% dari rasio 8:2. ============================================================ TikTok is one of the most popular social media at the moment. Can find out various public responses which fall into positive, neutral or negative categories. With so many underage TikTok users, this application does not deny that there is a negative impact on TikTok. The negative impact is bullying and narcissistic, because in the application there is a comments column that users use to evaluate uploaded videos. In the comments column, users are free to use any language that does not deny that when writing the comments they are rude and even attack the uploader of the video, which results in bullying. Sentiment analysis is a branch of research from Text Mining which carries out the classification process on text documents. The method used is Naive Bayes. The data used is the response of 310 TikTok social media users to cyber security. The results of analysis using the Naive Bayes method produced the lowest accuracy value of 51.61% from a ratio of 1:9 and produced the highest accuracy value of 62.90% from a ratio of 8:2 .
