Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada aplikasi berbasis website E-Court dengan bantuan metode Quality Function Deployment berdasarkan pada variabel-variabel pada Quality Function Deployment. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah Quality Function Deployment. Quality Function Deployment merupakan metode terstruktur untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan yang akan dirubah menjadi rencana detail untuk meningkatkan suatu layanan agar sesuai harapan konsumen. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu, dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment diharapkan mampu meningkatkan layanan dan kepuasan pengguna E-Court. =========================================================== This research was conducted to improve service quality on the E-Court website-based application with the help of the Quality Function Deployment method based on the variables in the Quality Function Deployment. In this study the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study the method used is Quality Function Deployment. Quality Function Deployment is a structured method for identifying customer needs which will be converted into a detailed plan to improve a service to meet consumer expectations. The final result of this research is that using the Quality Function Deployment method is expected to be able to improve the service and satisfaction of E-Court users.
