Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem e-rekomendasi bantuan cagar budaya dan membangun sistem web administrasi pendaftaran cagar budaya agar dapat membangun suatu proses seleksi penerima hibah bantuan cagar budaya yang lebih objektif di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kutai Kartanegara. Perancangan proses seleksi berdasar jumlah pengunjung terbanyak dan kondisi bangunan cagar budaya. Alat perancangan menggunakan flowchart Bahasa pemrograman sistem dan database menggunakan XAMPP, PHP, dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian berupa flowchart proses permohonan bantuan cagar budaya (pendaftaran), flowchart proses seleksi cagar budaya berdasar jumlah pengunjung terbanyak dan keadaan bangunan, rencana tabel data seleksi, rancangan sitemap sistem e-rekomendasi, interface sistem, dan program program input data cagar budaya berhasil running.================================================================================================================ The purpose of this research was to design an e-recommendation system for cultural heritage assistance and to build a web system for administration of cultural heritage registration in order to build a more objective selection process for recipients of cultural heritage assistance within the Kutai Kartanegara Education and Culture Office. The design of the selection process is based on the highest number of visitors and the condition of the cultural heritage building. The design tool uses a flowchart. System and database programming languages use XAMPP, PHP, and MySQL. Results of the research were in the form of a flowchart of the process of requesting cultural heritage assistance (registration), a flowchart of the cultural heritage selection process based on the highest number of visitors and the condition of the building, a selection data table plan, an e-recommendation system sitemap design, system interfaces, and cultural heritage data input programs successfully running.
