Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa kuisioner, observasi dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah PIECES dengan salah satu UMKM di kota Samarinda sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan metode PIECES pada aplikasi Qasir, rata-rata pengguna aplikasi Qasir merasa puas dengan nilai rata-rata pervariabel yaitu performance (4.13 = PUAS), Information (3.95 = PUAS), Economics (4.08 = PUAS), Control (4.16 =PUAS), Efficiency (4.10 =PUAS), Service (4.20 = SANGAT PUAS). ====================================================== Ahmad Abdillah, 2023, Analyzing Student Success Levels in Academia on Implementing Online Exams at UMKM Business Actors in Samarinda City with PIECES Method. In this study, the data collection methods that will be used are questionnaires, observations and literature studies which are the theoretical basis that will be used. The method that will be used is PIECES with one of the UMKM in Samarinda as a case study. With the research using the PIECES method on the Qasir application, the average user of the Qasir application is satisfied with the average value of each variable, namely performance (4.13 = SATISFIED), Information (3.95 = SATISFIED), Economics (4.08 = SATISFIED), Control (4.16 = SATISFIED), Efficiency (4.10 = SATISFIED), Service (4.20 = VERY SATISFIED).
