Abstract

ABSTRAK Rindorindo Alfado Septian, 2023, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Skripsi Teknik Informatika, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (1) Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI (II) Hanifah Ekawati, S.Pd., M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, SMARTER, Pembelian Smartphone. Dalam proses pembelian Smartphone pada toko keegan cellular dilakukan dengan cara penyetokan Smartphone secara random sehingga banyak Smartphone yang di inginkan para calon pembeli tidak tersedia pada toko keegan cellular sehingga hal ini dapat mempengaruhi baik dalam penjualan serta mempengaruhi dalam keuntungan keegan cellular selain itu kurang nya jenis Smartphone juga dapat menjadikan keegan cellular kurang bersaing dengan toko-toko Smartphone lainnya hal ini dapat menyebabkan pelanggan keegan cellular akan pindah ke toko cellular lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Pembelian Smartphone Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) dengan harapan dapat membantu pihak Keegan Cellular dalam Penentuan Pembelian Smartphone. pemrograman berbasis Website dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi dan kuesioner. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone, merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam Pembelian Smartphone dengan menggunakan bantuan metode Metode Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk Pembelian Smartphone. Pengguna dapat menginputkan data lokasi, data penilaian lokasi disetiap kriteria, kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan metode Metode Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER). In the process of purchasing Smartphones at the Keegan Cellular store, it is carried out by randomly stocking Smartphones so that many of the Smartphones that prospective buyers want are not available at the Keegan Cellular store, so this can affect both sales and affect the profits of Keegan Cellular, apart from the lack of Smartphone types. can also make keegan cellular less competitive with other smartphone shops. This can cause keegan cellular customers to move to other cellular stores. The purpose of this study is to produce a Smartphone Purchase Determination Decision Support System Using the Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) Method in the hope of helping Keegan Cellular in Determining Smartphone Purchases. website-based programming and its databases use MySQL. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, field studies, observations and questionnaires. Smartphone Purchase Decision Support System, is a system that created to assist in decision making in Smartphone Purchases using the help of the Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) method. The result of this study was the creation of a decision support system for Smartphone Purchases. Users can input location data, location assessment data in each criterion, then the system will find a solution with the Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
