Abstract

Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, SMARTER, Penghapusan Denda Pajak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rekomendasi Penghapusan Denda Pajak Warung Makan Menggunakan Metode SMARTER dengan harapan dapat membantu pihak Dinas Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Tana Tidung dalam Penentuan Rekomendasi Penghapusan Denda Pajak Warung Makan. pemrograman berbasis Website dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi dan kuesioner. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rekomendasi Penghapusan Denda Pajak Warung Makan, merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam Rekomendasi Penghapusan Denda Pajak Warung Makan dengan menggunakan bantuan metode SMARTER. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk Rekomendasi Penghapusan Denda Pajak Warung Makan. Pengguna dapat menginputkan data penghapusan pajak, data penilaian warung makan disetiap kriteria, kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan metode SMARTER. The purpose of this research is to produce a Decision Support System Recommending the Elimination of Tax Fines for Food Stalls Using the SMARTER Method in the hope that it can assist the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Tana Tidung Regency in Determining Recommendations for the Elimination of Tax Fines for Food Stalls. Website-based programming and its database using MySQL. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature study, field study, observation and questionnaires. Recommendation Support System for the Elimination of Tax Fines for Food Stalls, is a system created to assist in making decisions on Recommendations for the Elimination of Tax Fines for Food Stalls using the SMARTER method. The result of this research is the creation of a decision support system for Recommendations for the Elimination of Tax Fines for Food Stalls. Users can input tax write-off data, food stall evaluation data for each criterion, then the system will find a solution using the SMARTER method. After a decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
