Abstract

Kata Kunci : Stunting, web, Dempster-Shafer, Waterfall Penyakit stunting pada anak dan balita merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang serius dan kompleks di banyak negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pengembangan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer di Puskesmas Juanda Samarinda dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pakar berbasis web yang dapat melakukan diagnosis penyakit stunting pada anak dan balita menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer, metode yang dimana pengetahuan pakar dapat diasumsikan kedalam Dempster-Shafer yaitu kepercayaan (Belief). Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall, model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Framework Laravel (Mysql, serta PHPmyadmin). Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni Parameter yang digunakan pada Dempster-Shafer adalah 3 jenis penyakit beserta gejala-gejalanya. Pada penelitian dengan metode Dempster-Shafer untuk kasus Stunting pada anak ini telah dibangun sebuah sistem dengan hasil yang berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan pada pengujian Blackbox dengan akurasi 71,2% yang kategori bagus. ============================================== Antonius Petry Saputra, 2023, Expert System for Diagnosing Stunting Diseases in Children and Toddlers Using the Dempster-Shafer Method-Based Web System at Samarinda Community Health Center. Keywords: Stunting, web, Dempster-Shafer, Waterfall Stunting disease in children and toddlers is a serious and complex health issue in many countries, including Indonesia. To address this challenge, the development of a web-based expert system using the Dempster-Shafer method at the Juanda Samarinda Community Health Center could be an effective solution. The aim of this research is to develop and implement a web-based expert system capable of diagnosing stunting diseases in children and toddlers using the Dempster-Shafer method, where expert knowledge can be represented in Dempster-Shafer as beliefs. In this study, the waterfall development method is used, and the supporting software used is the Laravel Framework (Mysql and PHPmyadmin). The final outcome of this research is the parameters used in Dempster-Shafer, which consist of 3 types of diseases along with their symptoms. Through the research using the Dempster-Shafer method for stunting cases in children, a system has been built that performs well based on Blackbox testing, achieving an accuracy of 71.2% which falls under the good category.
