Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis suatu penerimaan terhadap sistem informasi DPPKB Kutai Kartanegara yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari website sistem informasi DPPKB Kutai Kartanegara. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menggunakan 5 variabel yaitu persepsi kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefullness), kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease Of Use), sikap dalam pengunaan (Attitude Towards Using), niat dalam menggunakan (Behavioral Intention to Use), dan Sistem secara aktual (Actual System Use). Dengan perangkat lunak (software) pendukung yang digunakan SMARTPLS dalam melakukan perhitungan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan studi lapangan, observasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada masyarakat serta pegawai Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kutai Kartanegara dengan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pula penyebaran kuesioner dengan alat bantu google form sebagai data primer yang akan diproses dan dianalisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu Attitude Toward Using terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use ini menunjukkan sikap dari pengunaan sistem itu tidak berpengaruh dalam niat untuk menggunakan sebuah sistem. Pengaruh dari variabel memiliki nilai 0,064 (memiliki pengaruh kecil). ============================================================ This research was conducted to analyze an acceptance of the DPPKB Kutai Kartanegara information system which later can be used as a repair evaluation material to improve the quality of the Kutai Kartanegara DPPKB information system website. In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method was used using 5 variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention to use, and the actual system (Actual System Use). With the supporting software used by SMARTPLS in performing calculations. The data collection method used was by conducting field studies, observing and conducting interviews with the public and employees of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Kutai Kartanegara by providing questions related to this study, distributing questionnaires with Google form as primary data. which will be processed and analyzed in this study. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there are variables that do not have a significant effect, namely Attitude Toward Using on Behavioral Intention to Use. This shows that the attitude of using the system has no effect on the intention to use a system. The influence of the variable has a value of 0.064 (has a small effect).
