Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Komunitas Inforamsi Masyarakat Teladan Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah website untuk mendukung pemilihan Komunitas Inforamsi Masyarakat Teladan dengan menggunakan metode Simpele Additive Weighting. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, pengamatan langsung dan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengmebangan sistem yang digunakan adalah fase intelligence, fase design, fase choice dan fase implementation. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan media basis data phpMyAdmin. Pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengujian black box dan white box yang mana hasil dari pengujian sistem menujukkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibangun telah memenuhi syarat fungsional. Hasil dari pembangunan aplikasi ini berupa halaman website dan dapat dijalankan di browser. ======================================================== The decision-support system of Exemplary Public Information Community Using Simple Additive Weighting Method was a research that aims to create a website to support the selection of the Exemplary Public Information Community by using the Simple Additive Weighting methods. This study was conducted at the Office of Communication and Information Service of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. To collect the data, the researcher used literature review, direct observation and interview. In this study, there were several system development methods used such as ; phase of intelligence, phase of design, phase of choice and phase of implementation. The language used in building this decision-support system was a language of PHP programming with phpMyAdmin database media. To test the apps, the reasercher used the black box and white box testing method which results of the system testing suggest that the applications that have been constructed are eligible. The result of this application building was in the form of a website page that can be run in the browser.
