Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa dalam melaksanakan ujian melalui sistem ujian online yang disediakan di SMAN 10 Samarinda, analisis ini dapat diartikan sebagai hasil penilaian (persepsi) apakah kualitas pelayanan atau e-service quality dari sistem ujian online SMAN 10 Samarinda dapat memuaskan siswa dalam melaksanakan ujian secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 10 Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah End User Computing Satisfaction yang mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan menggunakan lima faktor yaitu isi (content), akurasi (accuration), bentuk (format), kemudahan penggunaan (easy of use) dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness) yang dapat mempresentasikan kepuasan pengguna. Dan menggunakan tahapan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif sebagai tahapan penelitian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan siswa dalam penggunaan sistem ujian online memiliki persentase sebesar 84% yang berarti berada pada kategori Sangat Puas. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil Uji-T menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel (Content, Accuracy, Easy of use dan Timeliness) berada pada kategori sangat puas, dan satu variabel (Format) berada pada kategori puas. Dan hasil dari Uji-F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy Of Use, dan Timeliness secara simultan (bersama-sama) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction. ============================================================ This research was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction in carrying out exams through the online examination system provided at SMAN 10 Samarinda, this analysis can be interpreted as the result of an assessment (perception) of whether service quality or e-service quality from the online exam system at SMAN 10 Samarinda can satisfy students in carrying out online exams. This research was conducted at SMAN 10 Samarinda. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, observation and literature study which is the theoretical basis that will be used. The method in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction which measures the level of user satisfaction by using five factors namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness which can represent user satisfaction. And using the stages of quantitative descriptive analysis as a research stage. The final results of this study indicate that the level of student satisfaction in using the online exam system has a percentage of 84%, which means it is in the Very Satisfied category. Then based on the results of the T-Test showed that three variables (Content, Accuracy, Easy of use and Timeliness) were in the very satisfied category, and one variable (Format) was in the satisfied category. And the results of the F-Test show that the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy Of Use, and Timeliness simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on User Satisfaction.
