Abstract
Siprianus ajun, 2023, Analisis Penggunaan Benroller Dengan Metode Technologi Acceptance Model Pada Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu. Skripsi jurusan sistem informasi sekolah tinggi manajemen informatika dan komputer, pembimbing (1) bapak H.Tommy Bustomi, S.Kom.,M.Kom, pembimbing (2) bapak Muhammad Fahmi,S.Kom.,M.Kom. Kata kunci : Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi Benroller di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Metode Acceptance Model. Benroller merupakan aplikasi berbasis teknologi yang digunakan untuk memfasilitasi proses pengelolaan dan pelacakan berbagai aktivitas administratif di lingkungan kantor. Model Acceptance digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja untuk memahami bagaimana penerimaan dan adopsi teknologi oleh pengguna terjadi. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan pengguna aplikasi Benroller di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat yang dirasakan, kondisi sosial, dan faktor-faktor lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana pengguna di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu berinteraksi dengan aplikasi Benroller. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi area-area di mana peningkatan dapat dilakukan, baik dalam hal pengembangan teknis aplikasi maupun dalam pendekatan komunikasi dan pelatihan kepada pengguna. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan administratif di lingkungan pemerintahan setempat melalui teknologi informasi. =========================================================== Siprianus ajun, 2023, Analysis of Benroller Use with the Acceptance Model Technology Method in Samarinda Ulu District. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) This study aims to analyze the use of the Benroller application at the Samarinda Ulu District Office using the Acceptance Model Method approach. Benroller is a technology-based application that is used to facilitate the process of managing and tracking various administrative activities in an office environment. The Acceptance Model is used as a framework for understanding how acceptance and adoption of technology by users occurs. This study collected data through surveys and interviews with users of the Benroller application at the Samarinda Ulu District Office. The collected data is analyzed to measure the user's perception of the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the application, including ease of use, perceived usefulness, social conditions, and other relevant factors. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of how users at the Samarinda Ulu District Office interact with the Benroller application. The findings from this research can be used to identify areas where improvement can be made, both in terms of the technical development of the application and in the communication and training approach to users. Thus, this research contributes to efforts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative management within the local government through information technology.
