Abstract

Kata Kunci : Analisis, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Kepuasan Pengguna, End User Computing Satisfaction Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan pengguna sistem informasi akadmik terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan variabel-variabel pada metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Metode End User Computing Satisfaction merupakan evaluasi secara keseluruhan atas sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh pengguna. Sistem informasi diukur untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi yang digunakan efektif dan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan hal ini berkaitan dengan kualitas informasi yang diterima oleh user pengguna sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan variabel End User Computing Satisfaction menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAPEL) yaitu sebesar 91,4% sedangkan 8,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tikka diteliti. Kemudian variabel content, accuracy dan format tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna (satisfaction) sedangkan pada variabel ease of use dan timeliness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna (satisfaction). Berdasarkan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 variabel yang tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sedangkan 2 variabel mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. ============================================== Nur Jaimah, 2023, Analysis of the Quality of Academic Information System Services at SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda on the Level of User Satisfaction Using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Method. This research was conducted to determine the quality of service for users of academic information systems on the level of user satisfaction and what factors influence the level of user satisfaction based on the variables in the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The End User Computing Satisfaction method is an overall evaluation of the information system used by users. The information system is measured to find out whether the information system used is effective and in accordance with what is desired, this is related to the quality of information received by users of information systems. The results of this study indicate that the level of user satisfaction based on the End User Computing Satisfaction variable using the Academic Information System (SIAPEL) is 91.4%, while 8.6% is influenced by other variables that were not examined. Then the content, accuracy and format variables have no significant effect on user satisfaction (satisfaction) while the ease of use and timeliness variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction (satisfaction). Based on the hypothesis shows that there are 3 variables that have no influence on user satisfaction while 2 variables have an influence on user satisfaction.
