Abstract

Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas Samarinda adalah Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pusat (UPTP) pada bidang pelatihan kerja yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas yang dimana suatu individu dilatih untuk mendapatkan ilmu. Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas terletak di Samarinda, provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Keadaan pencatatan dan kegiatan inventarisasi di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas Samarinda masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu menginput data pada Excel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan pada gudang material dan pengamatan langsung di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas Samarinda. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan alat bantu berupa UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dengan memanfaatkan metode ini, proses seleksi kebutuhan user menjadi lebih mudah diwujudkan karena pengguna berpartisipasi aktif dalam tahap penyesuaian kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka terhadap sistem informasi gudang material. Dengan melibatkan pengguna secara langsung, sistem ini dapat lebih sesuai dengan harapan mereka. Sistem informasi gudang material pada Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Samarinda bagian petugas dan workshop memberikan kemudahan bagi para petugas gudang material dan staf-staf workshop dapat melakukan kegiatan inventarisasi dan proses pengambilan barang menjadi lebih efisien dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Hasil pengujian sistem informasi gudang material pada Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Samarinda bagian petugas dan workshop dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website yang baik. Hal ini menandakan bahwa sistem tersebut telah berhasil memenuhi standar dan persyaratan yang diharapkan untuk memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang positif dan efisien. ============================================================ The Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPTP) in the field of vocational training under the supervision of the Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development, where individuals are trained to acquire knowledge. The Vocational Training and Productivity Center is located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan province. The recording and inventory activities at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda use conventional methods, inputting data into Excel. This research was conducted at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda. Data collection method employed interviews by posing questions related to issues in the material warehouse and direct observations at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda. The system development method used the waterfall method and utilized a tool called UML (Unified Modeling Language). By utilizing this method, the user requirement selection process becomes easier to implement as users actively participate in the adjustment phase of their needs and desires for the material warehouse information system. Involving users directly allows the system to better meet their expectations. The material warehouse information system at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda, specifically the officer and workshop section, provides convenience for material warehouse officers and workshop staff to carry out inventory activities and the process of retrieving items becomes more efficient and well-documented. The testing results of the material warehouse information system at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Samarinda, officer and workshop section, can be concluded that this system meets the criteria of a good website. This indicates that the system has successfully met the expected standards and requirements to provide a positive and efficient user experience
