Abstract

Al Fachry Swastika, 2023, Analisis Aplikasi Samarinda Santer Menggunakan Metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Skripsi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, pembimbing (II) Salmon, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, Analisis, Aplikasi Samarinda Santer, Penerimaan dan Penggunaan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Samarinda Santer, dan pengaruh variabel harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitas terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan aplikasi Samarinda Santer. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda. Metode penelitian data yang digunakan didasarkan kepada metode yang sudah umum yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Responden pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 100 responden. dan proses olah data dibantu dengan software SmartPLS4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harapan kinerja dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Niat Perilaku untuk Menggunakan Sistem, sedangkan pada variabel Harapan Usaha dan Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Niat Penggunaan Untuk Menggunakan Sistem. ============================================================ Al Fachry Swastika, 2023, Analysis of Samarinda Santer Application Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Method. Keywords: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, Analyis, Samarinda Santer Application, Acceptance and Use. The research was conducted to determine what factors influence the acceptance and use of the Samarinda Santer application, and the influence of performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intentions to use the Samarinda Santer application. This research was conducted at the Samarinda City Communication and Information Office. The data research methods used are based on common methods, namely observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. In this study using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. Respondents in this study using the slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents. and the data processing process is assisted by SmartPLS4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of performance expectations and facilitating conditions do not have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use the System, while the variables of Business Expectations and Social Influence have a significant effect on Usage Intention to Use the System.
