Abstract
Berdasarkan survei penilaian awal pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK), hasil menunjukan masih ada ketidakpuasan dari pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas dari sistem informasi akademik pada STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma berdasarkan persepsi dari mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma yang berlokasi di kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebar dengan google form, observasi terhadap objek penelitian dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis dan menggunakan webqual sebagai indikator pernyataan. Dengan perangkat lunak pendukung microsoft excel dan SPSS. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, analisis kesenjangan pada keseluruhan mahasiswa menunjukkan hasil negatif di semua indikator, akan tetapi nilai kesenjangan tidak mencapai - 1, yang berarti kualitas Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma sudah baik tetapi belum memenuhi kepentingan penggunanya. Sedangkan hasil analisis kuadran kartesius menunjukkan indikator yang membutuhkan perbaikan adalah INF3, ITN5 dan ITN6 mengenai informasi yang disediakan up to date, memberikan rasa adanya komunitas dan kemudahan berkomunikasi dengan pihak kampus.===============================================================Based on the initial assessment survey of the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) service, the results indicate that there is still dissatisfaction with the provided service. This research is conducted to determine the extent of the quality of the academic information system at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma based on the perceptions of the students. The research is conducted at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, located in Samarinda city. The data collection method used is a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, observation of the research object, and literature review. In this study, the analysis method used isImportance Performance Analysis, using Webqual as the statement indicator. The supporting software used are Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The final results of this research indicate a negative outcome in the gap analysis among all students across all indicators. However, the gap scores do not reach -1, which signifies that the quality of the Academic Information System (SIAK) at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma is already good but has not yet fully met user needs. Meanwhile, the Cartesian quadrant analysis reveals that the indicators requiring improvement are INF3, ITN5, and ITN6, concerning the provision of up�to-date information, fostering a sense of community, and facilitating communication with the campus.
