Abstract

Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Kerusakan Vacuum Cleaner Jenis Airbot, Naive Bayes Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem informasi dalam mendignosis kerusakan Vaccum Cleaner jenis Airbot berbasis web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu pemilik Via Elektronik Service Samarinda dapat menditek kerusakan pada Vacuum Cleaner jenis Airbot. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Via Elektronik Service Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan kerusakan Vacuum Cleaner jenis Airbot. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke Via Elektronik Service Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC), model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio Code, AppServ (phpMyAdmin). Sistem pakar diagnosis kerusakan vacuum cleaner jenis airbot ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memberikan manfaat bagi pemilik Via Elektronik Service Samarinda. Sehingga pemilik tidak lagi harus membongkar dan mengecek satu-satu apa saja yang harus dipebaikin dengan begitu dapat memberikan penanganan yang tepat. ============================================================ Rita Indah Sari, 2023, Expert System for Diagnosing Vacuum Cleaner Damage Using the Web-Based Naive Bayes Method. This research was conducted at Via Elektronik Service Samarinda. The data collection method used is by interviews asking questions related to damage to the Airbot type Vacuum Cleaner. By way of observation, namely making direct observations to Via Electronic Service Samarinda. In this study the system development method used is Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC), the model with supporting software used is Visual Studio Code, AppServ (phpMyAdmin). It is hoped that this expert system for diagnosing damage to an airbot type vacuum cleaner can help and provide benefits for Via Elektronik Service Samarinda owners. So that the owner no longer has to disassemble and check one by one what needs to be repaired so that he can provide proper handling.
