Abstract

Kata Kunci : Analisis, SP4N Lapor, Metode Technology Acceptance Model, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari faktor – faktor dan memprediksi penerimaan sebuah sistem oleh pengguna yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik Metode Technology Acceptance Model adalah untuk menjelaskan penerimaan teknologi yang akan digunakan oleh pengguna teknologi yang memiliki empat variabel yaitu Persepsi Kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness), Persepsi kemudahan (Perceived Ease of Use), Sikap Terhadap Penggunaan (Attitude Toward Using) dan Niat Perilaku Pengunaan (Behavioral Intention of Use).Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data dengan Studi Pustaka, Kuesioner dan Wawancara. ============================================== Nur Febri Aini, 2023, SP4N Lapor Information System Analysis Using the Technology Acceptance Model Method at the Communication and Informatics Office of East Kalimantan Province. The Technology Acceptance Model method is to explain technology acceptance that will be used by technology users which has four variables, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using and Behavioral Intentions to Use. Intention of Use. In this study the method of collecting data with Bibliography, Questionnaires and Interviews.
