Abstract

Klinik merupakan salah satu instansi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan masyarakat. Seiring meningkatnya pekembangan teknologi, maka semakin di butuhkan suatu aplikasi untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pihak klinik dalam melayani pasien dengan berbasis web. Pada klinik mitra keluarga masih menggunakan manual. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan observasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada pegawai KLINIK MITRA KELUARGA dengan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan pada Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Pasien Pada Klinik Mitra Keluarga Berbasis Web. Metode pengembang sistem yang digunakan ialah menggunakan konsep Model, View, Controller (MVC) yang ditulis dengan framework codeigniter, dalam metode prototype alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram serta Deployment Diagram dan pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian White testing. Sistem yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu klinik menggunakan sistem berbasis web dalam memproses data klinik, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pendataan bisa lebih otomatis pada klinik. As technology develops, an application is increasingly needed to speed up and make it easier for clinics to serve patients on a web-based basis. At the family partner clinic, they still use manuals. The data collection method used was by observing and conducting interviews with MITRA KELUARGA CLINIC employees by providing questions related to the Web-Based Patient Acceptance Information System at Mitra Keluarga Clinic. The system developer method used is to use the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC) written with the codeigniter framework, in the prototype method the system design tool uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams as well as Deployment Diagrams and system testing using White testing. The system resulting from this research is expected to be able to help clinics use a web-based system in processing clinical data, so that it can speed up the data collection process so that it can be more automated at the clinic.
