Abstract

Ahmad Nur Yuliyanta, 2023. Sisitem Informasi klaim Rumah Tinggal Bersbasis Web pada PT. Aswata Berbasis Web, penelitian ini dibuat sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana Komputer pada STMIK WidyaCipta Dharma. Pembimbing Utama Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom dan Pembimbing pendamping Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Klaim Rumah Tinggal. Klaim Rumah Tinggal ini adalah aplikasi yang menghubungkan tertnggung dan penanggung yang dimana tertangung adalah pihak bank yang mengansuransikan unit nya berupa rumah tinggal dan penanggung adalah pihak yang menerima resiko dari tertanggung sesuai ketentuan di polis, dan di dalam aplikasi ini digunakan ketika terjadi insiden pada rumah tinggal yang di asuransikan sehingga bagian bank melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke pihak asuransi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat website guna membantu bagian klaim menyelesaikan masalah ganti rugi rumah nasabah yang mengalami kerusakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi membantu bagian klaim untuk memperoses klaimnya, sehingga klaim yang ada menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien waktunya. ========================================================= Ahmad Nur Yuliyanta, 2023. This Residential Claim is an application that connects the insured and the insurer where the insured is the bank that insures the unit in the form of a residential house and the insurer is the party that accepts the risk from the insured according to the provisions in the policy, and in this application it is used when an incident occurs at a residential house insured so that the bank reports the incident to the insurer. The purpose of this research is to create a website to help the claim department solve the problem of compensation for damaged customer homes. The result of this research is an application that helps the claim department to process claims, so that existing claims become easier and time efficient
