Abstract

Skripsi Program Studi Sistem informasi STIMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) H. Tommy Bustomi,S.Kom., M.Kom dan Pembimbing (II) Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM.SI. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas Segiri merupakan sistem informasi yang dapat berfungsi untuk menyimpan data identitas pasien, riwayat Pasien dan diagnosa penyakit pasien, laporan kunjungan pasien. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan ada Waterfall. Untuk database yang digunakan adalah MySQL, Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan framework Laravel Versi 9. Sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan beta testing dan black box. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Informasi pendaftaran pasien yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan kesehatan yang cepat efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= Ariston Boby Willy Munte, 2022, Patient Registration Information System at the UPTD of the Segiri Health Center Website-Based. Keywords: Patient Registration Information System The patient registration information system at the UPTD of the Segiri Health Center is an information system that can function to store patient identity data, patient history and patient diagnosis, patient visit reports. In this research, the system development method used is Waterfall. For the database used is MySQL, the programming language used is PHP with Laravel framework Version 9. While for system testing using beta testing and black box. The final result of this research is in the form of a patient registration information system that can facilitate fast, effective and efficient health services.
