Abstract

Muhammad Adit Suwardana, NIM : 1731019 2022, Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hasil Belajar Siswa pada SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda Berbasis Website, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama, Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Kom Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda, Website. Orang tua menginginkan hasil belajar siswa yang dilaksanakan di sekolah mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Orang tua memiliki tujuan untuk menitipkan anaknya pembelajaran di sekolah agar menjadi lebih baik dan lebih pintar. Tetapi orang tua memiliki keterbatasan untuk melakukan monitoring hasil belajar siswa setiap harinya. Kondiis di SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda, orang tua melakukan monitoring hasil belajar siswa dengan cara manual. Apabila seorang siswa mendapatkan hasil yang kurang baik dalam proses hasil pembelajarannya maka pihak sekolah akan mengirimkan surat atau guru mengirim pesan kepada orang tua siswa. Tetapi orang tua memiliki kesibukannya masing-masing sehingga tidak selalu bisa untuk menghadiri panggilan dari sekolah dan membalas pesan dari guru. Orang tua mendapatkan hasil belajar siswa saat akhir semester pembagian raport. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Pada skripsi yang dibuat menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hasil Belajar Pada Siswa SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda Berbasis Web, guru, siswa tidak perlu lagi mendatangi sekolah untuk memberikan hasil belajar, cukup menginputkan melalui website monitoring siswa yaitu dengan melakukan pengisian data hasil belajar siswa. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring online ini dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi serta dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh sekolah. ============================================================ Adit, 2022, Information System for Monitoring Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda Based on Websites, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Principal Advisior, Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Kom Keywords: learning outcomes, SMK N 15 Samarinda, Website. Parents want student learning outcomes carried out in schools to get good results. Parents have a goal to entrust their children to learn at school to become better and smarter. But parents have limitations to monitor student learning outcomes every day. Conditions at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda, parents monitor student learning outcomes manually. If a student gets poor results in the process of learning outcomes, the school will send a letter or the teacher sends a message to the student's parents. But parents have their own busy lives so they are not always able to attend calls from school and reply to messages from teachers. Parents get student learning outcomes at the end of the semester distributing report cards. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. In the thesis that was made to produce a Web-Based Information System for Monitoring Learning Outcomes for Students at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda, teachers, students no longer need to go to school to provide learning outcomes, just input through the student monitoring website, namely by filling in student learning outcomes data. It is hoped that this online monitoring information system can reduce the problems that occur and can save time and costs incurred by schools.
