Abstract
Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Merupakan sebuah tempat terbuka yang didalamnya terjadi kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat pada tingkat kelurahan. Pada kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Timur, informasi tentang kependudukan seluruhnya belum dikerjakan secara maksimal dan belum memiliki program untuk menunjang pekerjaan di kantor terutama untuk sistem pelayanan tersebut Maka perlu di buatkan “SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN SMART RT BERBASIS WEB KELURAHAN SEMPAJA TIMUR” Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. Dengan metode ini memungkinkan untuk proses pengembangan model fase one by one, sehingga meminimalis kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Dengan adanya “SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN SMART RT BERBASIS WEB KELURAHAN SEMPAJA TIMUR” dapat menangani proses perkembangan teknologi serba digital dan memudahkan perusahaan untuk Sistem Pelyanan secara luas. Pada hasil testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian kuisioner kepada Warga, Lurah Staf Kelurahan, RT dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Smart Rt Berbasis Web Di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur memenuhi kriteria�kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. ============================================================ Sempaja Timur Village is an open place in which community service activities occur at the village level. At the Sempaja Timur sub-district office, information on population has not been fully worked out and there is no program to support work in the office, especially for the service system. So it is necessary to create a "SMART RT SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB-BASED SEMPAJA TIMUR KELURAHAN" The data collection method uses the observation method and the system development method using the waterfall. This method allows for a one-by-one phase model development process, thus minimizing errors that may occur. With the "Web-Based Smart Rt Service Information System for Kelurahan Sempaja Timur" it can handle the development process of all-digital technology and make it easier for companies to provide wide service systems. From the test results, it can be concluded that the results of the questionnaire testing to the residents, Kelurahan staff, RT can be concluded that the Web-Based Smart RT Service Information System in the Sempaja Timur Village meets the criteria for a good website or web application.
