Erik Septiawan, 2022, Analisis Kepuasan Virtual Plasa Pada PT Telkom Witel Samarinda Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing (I) Pitrasacha Adytia ST., MT Pembimbing (II) Muhammad Fahmi S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Analisis Kepuasan, Technology Acceptance Model, Virtual Plasa, SmartPLS. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisi kepuasan Virtual Plasa yang nantinya penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatakan kualitas website Virtual Plasa sebagai media pengaduan serta mencari informasi. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan Technology Acceptance Model dengan menggunakan variabel persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness), persepsi kemudahan (perceived ease of use) dan niat perilaku menggunakan teknologi (behavioral intension to use). Dengan perangkat lunak (software) pendukung yang digunakan SmartPLS dalam melakukan perhitungan. Adapun hasil ahkir dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan kepuasan Virtual Plasa sebagai media pengaduan gangguan serta mencari produk layanan dirasa cukup puas. Variabel persepsi kemudahan menjadi faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap faktor niat perilaku menggunakan teknologi sebesar 0.492 dan untuk pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan yang dirasakan mempengaruhi faktor niat perilaku menggunakan teknologi lebih kecil sebesar 0.361. ===================================================================================================== Erik Septiawan, 2022, Virtual Plasa Satisfaction Analysis at PT Telkom Witel Samarinda Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Information Systems Study Program, College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor (I) Pitrasacha Adytia ST., MT Supervisor (II) Muhammad Fahmi S.Kom., M.Kom. This research was conducted to analyze the Virtual Plasa Satisfaction which later this research can be used as evaluation material to improve the quality of the Virtual Plasa Website as a medium for complaints and seeking information. In this study, the method used is the Technology Acceptance Model by using variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intentions to use technology. With the supporting software used by SmartPLS in performing calculations. The final results of this study can be concluded that the overall satisfaction of Virtual Plasa as a medium for complaints complaints and looking for service products is quite satisfied. The variable perception of convenience is the factor that has the highest influence on behavioral intention to use technology of 0.492 and the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention of using technology is 0.361.
