Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis Web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat membantu Toko Anggur Cell dalam mendukung proses pemberian bonus karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toko Anggur Cell. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses pemberian bonus karyawan. Dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu menganalisis terhadap semua dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan cara kerja sistem, permasalahan dalam sistem, data inputan sistem, proses dan keluaran sistem yang akan dibuat nantinya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Fase Intelegensi, Fase Desain, Tahap Pilihan, Tahap Implementasi, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 7, Goggle Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, serta PHPMyadmin), Notepad++. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis web yang dapat memberikan hasil penelitian yang lebih mudah, lebih cepat dan akurat, sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan berbasis Web dapat melakukan proses penilaian yang lebih efektif dan efisien. ============================================================ The research was conducted to be able to create a Web-based decision support system for giving employee bonuses which later if this research is successful it can help Cell Wine Shops in supporting the process of giving employee bonuses. This research was conducted at the Cell Wine Shop. The method of data collection is done by interview asking questions related to the process of giving employee bonuses. By means of documentation, namely analyzing all documents related to how the system works, problems in the system, system input data, processes and system outputs that will be made later. The final result of this research is in the form of a web-based employee bonus decision support system that can provide easier, faster and accurate research results, a web-based employee bonus decision support system can carry out a more effective and efficient assessment process.
