Abstract

Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Kepurusan, Metode SMARTER, Penentuan Wali Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan metode SMARTER untuk menentukan guru yang berhak menjadi wali kelas di sekolah dengan kriteria dan pembobotan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Islam Al-Hikmah, metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model SPK dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yaitu XAMPP, MYSql, PHPMyAdmin, dan Sublime Text. Penentuan wali kelas dilakukan dengan melihat karakteristik dan kemampuan yang dimiliki guru. Penerapan metode SMARTER untuk menentukan guru yang berhak menjadi wali kelas di sekolah dengan kriteria dan pembobotan yang telah ditentukan. This research was conducted using the SMARTER method to determine the teacher who is entitled to become homeroom teacher at the school with predetermined criteria and weights. This research was conducted at Al-Hikmah Islamic Elementary School, the method of collecting data was by direct observation and conducting interviews with related parties. In this study the system development method used is the SPK model with supporting software, namely XAMPP, MYSql, PHPMyAdmin, and Sublime Text. The determination of the homeroom teacher is done by looking at the characteristics and abilities of the teacher. The application of the SMARTER method to determine teachers who are entitled to become homeroom teachers in schools with predetermined criteria and weights. By using the SMARTER method for a decision support system, it can help the selection of homeroom teachers in schools objectively.
