Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelayanan adalah merupakan suatu proses secara merinci terhadap objek dengan alat bantu tertentu dengan tujuan mengetahui perbedaan yang didapat dan mendapatkan hasil yang diharaapkan untuk tempat penlitian. Dalam penelitian metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa Kuisioner,observasi dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis dengan Program Studi Sistem Informasi sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelayanan yang sudah diberikan Program Studi Sistem Informasi kepada mahasiswa dan pelayanan apa saja yang menjadi prioritas utama (tingkat kinerja) dan pertahankan prestasi pada pelayanan Program Studi Sistem Informasi untuk diperhatikan lagi agar menjadi bahan evaluasi kepuasan pelayanan untuk kedepannya ============================================================ Elviorika Rahmadayani, 2022, Analysis of Study Program Satisfaction Levels From the Student Perspective Using the Importance Performance Analysis Method (Case Study of the Widya Cipta Dharma Stmic Information System Study Program). Service Satisfaction Level Analysis is a detailed process of objects with certain tools with the aim of knowing the differences obtained and getting the expected results for the research place. In the research, the data collection methods that will be used are in the form of questionnaires, observations and literature studies which are the theoretical basis to be used. The method that will be used is Importance Performance Analysis with Information Systems Study Program as the case study. With this research using the Importance Performance Analysis method, it aims to find out how the satisfaction of services that have been provided by the Information Systems Study Program to students and what services are the main priority (performance level) and maintain achievements in the services of the Information Systems Study Program to be considered again in order to become service satisfaction evaluation material for the future.
