Abstract
Eva Irvana, 2022, Membangun Aplikasi e-PKL (Praktik Kerja Lapangan) pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Samarinda Berbasis Web, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM. Pembimbing Pendamping, Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi e-PKL, SMK, Web. SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang salah satunya melaksanakan Praktik kerja lapangan merupakan program pendidikan di SMK dimana tujuannya agar siswa mengerti bagaimana dunia kerja serta dapat melatih keahlian mereka. Saat ini pengelolaan pengajuan PKL di SMKN 7 Samarinda masih menggunakan sistem manual. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan perancangan serta pembangunan aplikasi pengelolaan PKL berbasis website. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak XAMPP yang merupakan gabungan dari apache Web Server, PHP, dan MySQL, dan browser Google Chrome. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga aplikasi yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi e-PKL (Praktik Kerja Lapangan), sehingga mempermudah dalam proses pendaftaran dan diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempersingkat proses pengelolaan pengajuan PKL. ========================================================== Eva Irvana, 2022, Building an e-PKL Application (Field Work Practice) at the Web-Based 7 Samarinda State Vocational High School, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Main Advisor, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM. SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda is a Vocational High School, one of which carries out field work practices, which is an educational program at SMK where the goal is for students to understand how the world of work is and can practice their skills. Currently, the management of PKL submissions at SMKN 7 Samarinda is still using the manual system. In this study, the authors designed and developed a website-based PKL management application. This application was developed using XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL, and the Google Chrome browser. The data collection method uses the observation method and the system development method uses the waterfall because this method has clear and practical stages. Then the system testing is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the application obtained is in accordance with the wishes of potential users. This research produces an e-PKL Application (Field Work Practice), making it easier for the registration process and is expected to help and shorten the process of managing PKL submissions.
