Abstract
Karena Semakin Banyaknya Coffee Shop dan diikuti dengan kebutuhan Pemilik Coffee Shop menentukan pramusaji terbaik dalam outlet yang dibangun maka dibuat sebuah aplikasi untuk mempermudah Coffee Shop dalam menentukan pramusaji terbaik agar lebih efektif dan efisien yang berbasis WEB tentang penentuan pramusaji terbaik. Maka dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang bisa membantu Pemilik Coffee Shop untuk memilih pramusaji yang diharapkan, yaitu dengan membuat perangkat lunak berupa website yang dapat membantu pemilik Coffee Shop dalam memilih Pramusaji sesuai dengan Kriteria pemilik Coffee Shop harapkan. Metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank). Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pendukung Keptusan Penentuan Pramusaji Terbaik Dengan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web Pada Taki Coffee Samarinda dapat membantu untuk menentukan pramusaji terbaik yang lebih Efektif dan Efisien. ============================================================ Due to the increasing number of coffee shops and followed by the needs of the coffee shop owners to determine the best waiters in the built outlets, an application was made to make it easier for the coffee shop to determine the best waiters to be more effective and efficient based on WEB on determining the best waiters. So we need a software that can determine the Coffee Shop Owner to choose the expected waiter, namely by making software in the form of a website that can determine the Coffee Shop owner in choosing the Waiter in accordance with the criteria the Coffee Shop owner expects. The Decision Support System method used in this study is the SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank) method. The final result of this research is in the form of a Decision Support System for Determining the Best Waiter with the Web-Based SMARTER Method at Taki Coffee Samarinda, which can help to determine the best waitress who is more effective and efficient.
