Abstract
Kurangnya pegawasan dalam melakukan perjalanan dinas pada akhirnya akan berdampak buruk dalam suatu instansi pemerintahan tersebut. Adapun pula melakukan perjalanan pada akhirnya pegawai tersebut tidak melaksanakan perjalanan dinas untuk kepentingan kantor atau instansi tetapi biaya atau anggaran belanja biaya perjalanan tersebut tetap di terima oleh pegawai dan kurang disiplinnya pegawai dalam melakukan perjalanan dinas. Dengan melihat waktu, jangkauan/akses, wilayah kunjungan, tingkat kepentingan dari perjalanan nya dapat diketahui perjalanan dinas mana yang lebih mudah akses dan dapat dijadwalkan terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan Algoritma Priority Scheduling. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode pengembangan waterfall. Model dengan perangkat lunak waterfall yang digunakan adalah Bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP, database yang digunakan MySQL. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Perjalanan Dinas Anggota Dprd Kabupaten Kutai Barat Algoritma Priority Scheduling yang dapat membantu Sekretaris Dewan dalam mengatur jadwal perjalanan dinas yang lebih efektif pada DPRD Kutai Barat dan dapat menyajikan data yang akurat, serta dalam seluruh proses yang dilakukan didalam pengelolahan datanya dapat meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi baik dari internal maupun eksternal. ============================================================ Lack of supervision in carrying out official trips will ultimately have a bad impact on a government agency. As for traveling, in the end the employee does not carry out official trips for the benefit of the office or agency, but the costs or budget for the travel costs are still accepted by the employee and the employee lacks discipline in carrying out official trips. By looking at the time, range/access, area of visit, level of importance of the trip, it can be seen which official trip is easier to access and can be scheduled in advance using the Priority Scheduling Algorithm. In this research, the system development method used is the waterfall development method. The model with the waterfall software used is HTML and PHP programming languages, the database used is MySQL. The final result of this research is in the form of an Information System Application of Official Travel Scheduling for Members of the Regional Representative Council of West Kutai Regency Priority Scheduling Algorithm which can assist the Secretary of the Council in arranging a more effective official travel schedule at the West Kutai DPRD and can present accurate data, as well as in the whole process. What is done in data management can minimize errors that occur both internally and externally.
