Abstract
Pemberian hibah merupakan salah satu program kegiatan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Program tersebut bertujuan untuk melindungi kemungkinan terjadinya resiko sosial. Dalam proses nya Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur masih mengalami kesulitan dalam penyeleksian data calon penerima hibah yang di kerjakan secara manual. Maka dari itu penulis mencoba memberikan solusi suatu rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bantuan hibah uang dari Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur berbasis web dengan metode fuzzy tsukamoto. Sistem pendukung keputusan di harapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk penyeleksian data calon penerimah hibah. Metode fuzzy tsukamoto merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam rekomendasi secara lebih cepat, dan lebih akurat. Penggunaan web dipilih agar dapat menjalankan program tidak terpikat oleh satu komputer. Dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bantuan hibah uang dari Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur berbasis web dengan metode fuzzy tsukamoto berupa surat rekomendasi memenuhi syarat dan tidak memenuhi syarat untuk membantu memutuskan sebuah proposal dapat diberikan bantuan atau tidak. ============================================================ Granting is one of the activities of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. The program aims to protect against possible social risks. In the process, the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan is still experiencing difficulties in selecting data for prospective grant recipients which is done manually. Therefore, the author tries to provide a solution for a web-based decision support system design for grants from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan using the fuzzy tsukamoto method. The decision support system is expected to be a solution for data selection of prospective grant recipients. The fuzzy tsukamoto method is a method used to help make recommendations faster and more accurately. The use of the web is chosen so that it can run the program not being hooked by a single computer. This research also uses data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the web-based decision support system for grants from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan web method fuzzy tsukamoto in the form of a letter of recommendation that eligible and ineligeble to help decide whether a proposal can be assisted or not.
