Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat menentukan masyarakat desa yang berhak/layak menerima bantuan dari pemerintah menggunakan Metode Multi Atribute Utility Teory (MAUT). Dalam metode MAUT ini pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan memberikan pertimbangan subyektif dan instutif terhadap faktor yang dianggap penting. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelurahan Lempake yang berlokasi di Samarinda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Bantuan Masyarakat Desa Menggunakan Metode Multi Atribute Utility Teory (MAUT) dengan harapan seleksi dilakukan secara obyektif sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySql. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil implementasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Bantuan Masyarakat Desa nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu mempercepat keputusan yang diambil oleh pihak Kelurahan Lempake dalam proses menentukan masyarakat desa yang berhak/layak menerima bantuan dari pemerintah dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang cukup obyektif dapat membantu kerangka berfikir manusia dalam pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks adalah dengan implementasi metode Multi Atribute Utility Teory (MAUT). ============================================================ The research was conducted to determine which village communities are entitled/deserved to receive assistance from the government using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. In the MAUT method, decisions are made by giving subjective and intuitive considerations to factors that are considered important. This research was conducted in Lempake Village, which is located in Samarinda. The purpose of this research is to produce a Decision Support System for Accepting Village Community Assistance Using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method with the hope that the selection is carried out objectively so that it is expected to be an alternative to overcome existing problems. By using the PHP programming language and the database used is MySql. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature study, observation and interviews. From the results of the implementation of the system, it is concluded that by using the Decision Support System for Accepting Village Community Assistance, it is hoped that it will help speed up the decisions taken by the Lempake Village in the process of determining which village communities are entitled/deserved to receive assistance from the government with predetermined criteria. An objective method that can help the human frame of mind in complex decision making is the implementation of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method.
