Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Kekerasan Anak dan Perempuan pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kab.Kutai Barat Berbasis Website, sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan kekerasan yang sedang terjadi relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses pelaporan kasus kekerasaan, pengelolaan dan laporan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kab.Kutai Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Sistem dari aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black box testing dan beta testing. ============================================================ The purpose of this study is to produce an Information System for Complaints about Child and Women Violence at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in West Kutai Regency, based on a website, so that it can produce reports of violence that is happening relatively quickly , precisely and can be done without time constraints. It is hoped that this Information System can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in terms of the process of reporting cases of violence, management and reporting. This research was conducted at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, which is located at Jl. Barong-Tongkok Office Complex. Data collection techniques used are literature study, interviews and observations. The system of this application is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. System testing is done by using black box testing and beta testing methods.
