Abstract

Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing (I) : Drs. Azahari, M.Kom., Pembimbing (II) : Muhammad Fahmi,S.Kom., M.Kom. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon paskibraka pada dinas pemuda dan olahraga Kutai Barat dengan metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) berbasis WEB. Sehingga kedepannya diharapkan dapat membantu DISPORA (Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga) untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menyeleksi calon paskibraka didaerah Kutai Barat Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan bahasa pemogramaman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp sebagai local server, MySQL sebagai database server, dan Apache sebagai web server. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil penilaian metode ELECTRE yang memperlihatkan urutan peringkat calon paskibraka pada Dinas Pemuda dan olahraga Kutai Barat. ============================================================= Christopher, Roy Ferdinand, 2022, Decision Support System for the Selection of Paskibraka Candidates at the West Kutai Youth and Sports Service Using the Web-Based ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant) Method. Information Systems Study Program, College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor (I): Drs. Azahari M.Kom., Supervisor (II): Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom.The purpose of this study was to produce a decision support system for the selection of candidates for paskibraka at the West Kutai youth and sports service with the WEB-based ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) method. So that in the future it is expected to be able to help DISPORA (Department of Youth and Sports) to make decisions in selecting candidates for Paskibraka in the West Kutai area.This system is built using the Laravel Framework and the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language,Xampp as the local server, MySQL as the database server, and Apache as the web server. The system development tool uses the Unified Modeling Language. The results of this study are in the form of the results of the ELECTRE method of assessment which shows the order of the ranks of the candidates forPaskibraka at the West Kutai Youth and Sports Office.
