Abstract
Rustamin, 2022, Membangun Sistem E-Voting Pemilihan Ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda Pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Web, Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom.,M.Pd.,M.TI, Pembimbing Pendamping Andi Yusika Rangan, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Pemilihan Ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda, E-voting, Web Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda Pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur berbasis Web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat membantu staff Korpri dalam proses pemilihan ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda Pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses pemilihan ketua Sekretariat Korpri Sub Unit Setda. Dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu menganalisis terhadap semua dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan cara kerja sistem, permasalahan dalam sistem, data inputan sistem, proses dan keluaran sistem yang akan dibuat nantinya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall yang terdiri dari : Analisis, Desain, Implementasi, Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 10, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, serta PHPMyAdmin), Notepad++. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda Pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Web yang dapat memberikan hasil pemilihan yang lebih mudah, lebih cepat dan akurat, sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua Sekretariat Korpri Unit Setda Pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur berbasis Web dapat melakukan proses penghitungan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. ================================================== Rustamin, 2022, Building an E-Voting System for the Election of the Head of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Governor of East Kalimantan Province, Web-based, Information Systems Study Program, College of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Main Advisor Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, Companion Advisor, Andi Yusika Rangan, S.Kom., M.Kom. The research was conducted to be able to create a web-based e-voting system for the election of the head of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the East Kalimantan Province Governor's Office, which later if this research is successful it can assist Korpri staff in the process of selecting the chairman of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat Korpri Unit at the Governor's Office of East Kalimantan Province. The data collection method used was interviews which asked questions related to the selection process for the head of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Korpri. By means of documentation, namely analyzing all documents related to how the system works, problems in the system, system input data, processes and system output that will be made later. In this research, the system development method used is Waterfall which consists of: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance, with the supporting software used is the Windows 10 Operating System, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, and PHPMyAdmin), Notepad ++.
