Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Guru Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, WASPAS Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk para siswa sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dibutuhkan guru yang berkompeten dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada siswa, Tugas utama guru adalah mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didiknya Guru berprestasi adalah guru yang memiliki kemampuan melaksanakan tugas, keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas, memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan profesi guru dan memiliki wawasan kependidikan sehingga secara nyata mampu meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran atau bimbingan melebihi yang dicapai oleh guru lain sehingga dapat dijadikan panutan siswa, rekan sejawat, maupun masyarakat sekitarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK TI Airlangga yang berlokasi di Jl. Pahlawan No.2 A, Dadi Mulya, Kec. Samarinda Ulu, Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan serta observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke lokasi sekolah. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dan pengujian blackbox, whitebox. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah pengambilan keputusan pemilihan guru terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi website statis yang merekomendasikan berdasarkan perangkingan guru yang memiliki nilai tertinggi ke terendah menggunakan metode Weighted Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) di SMK TI Airlangga. ======================================================================================= Akhmad Hidayatullah, 2022, The Best Teacher Selection Decision Support System Using the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) Method at SMK TI Airlangga. Keywords: Selection of Best Teachers, Decision Support Systems, WASPAS In an effort to improve the quality of education for students as the next generation of the nation, competent teachers are needed in providing education to students. The main task of teachers is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate their students Achievement teachers are teachers who have the ability to carry out tasks, are successful in carrying out tasks, have a personality that is in accordance with the teaching profession and have educational insight so that they can significantly improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes or guidance beyond those achieved by other teachers so that they can serve as role models for students, colleagues, and the surrounding community. This research was conducted at SMK TI Airlangga which is located on Jl. Hero No.2 A, Dadi Mulya, Kec. Samarinda Ulu, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The data collection method used is interviews by asking questions and observations, namely making direct observations to school locations. The system development method used in this research is the decision support system (DSS) method and blackbox and whitebox testing. The purpose of this research is to facilitate decision-making in the selection of the best teacher. The results of this study come in the form of a website static application that recommends based on the ranking of teachers who have the highest to lowest scores using the WASPAS (Weighted Sum Product Assessment) method at SMK TI Airlangga.
