Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem informasi administrasi infrastruktur jaringan blankspot yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu Diskominfo Kabupaten Kutai Barat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya informasi mengenai jaringan blankspot. Sistem dari aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis Webgis yang terdiri dari proses requirement, sistem dan software design, integrasi dan testing sistem. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini merupakan metode pengembangan yang menggambarkan pendekatan secara sistematis dan juga berurutan (step by step) pada sebuah pengembangan perangkat lunak. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat menyajikan informasi data Kecamatan, data jaringan blankspot dan peta wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Barat. ========================================================== The research was conducted to be able to create an administrative information system for the blankspot network infrastructure which later if this research is successful it can help the West Kutai Regency Communication and Information Agency provide services to the public, especially information about the blankspot network. The system of this application is designed based on WebGIS which consists of process requirements, system and software design, integration and system testing. System testing is done using the blackbox testing method. The development method used is the waterfall method. This method is a development method that describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in a software development. The final result of this research is in the form of a website-based information system that can provide information on sub-district data, blankspot network data and a map of the West Kutai Regency.
