Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan kelayakan penerimaan insentif karyawan pada toko ilham makmur jaya Sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola toko dalam mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan pemberian insentif kepada para karyawannya. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan bahasa pemogramaman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp sebagai local server, MySQL sebagai database server, dan Apache sebagai web server. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan Flowchart dan Sitemap. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil penilaian metode MOORA yang memperlihatkan urutan peringkat kelayakan penerima insentif para karyawan pada Toko Ilham Makmur Jaya. =============================================== The purpose of this study is to produce a decision support system for the feasibility of receiving employee incentives at the Ilham Prosperous Jaya store. This system is built using the Laravel Framework and the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, Xampp as the local server, MySQL as the database server, and Apache as the web server. System development tools using Flowcharts and Sitemaps. The results of this study are the results of an assessment of the MOORA method which shows the order of eligibility for the recipients of incentives for employees at the Ilham Makmur Jaya Shop.
