Abstract

Salah satu bentuk sosialisasi dan promosi dari STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma adalah dengan melaksanakan Pemilihan Duta Mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma yang pertama kali diselenggarakan pada tahun ini. Peserta Pemilihan Duta Mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma adalah mahasiswa aktif STMIK, prosedur pemilihan Duta Mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma diawali dari seleksi administrasi berupa surat keterangan aktif dan transkip nilai terakhir serta memiliki syarat berstatus sebagai mahasiswa aktif, selanjutnya hasil seleksi administrasi tersebut akan diteruskan ke admin verifikasi STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Setelah admin melakukan verifikasi berkas selanjutnya adalah melakukan proses seleksi dengan mengikuti berbagai macam proses penilaian berdasar pada kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu White Box dan Beta Testing. Hasil Penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Duta STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Menggunakan metode SMARTER Berbasis Website yaitu dengan adanya sistem ini akan memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dalam proses Pemilihan Duta Mahasiswa yang lebih obyektif, mudah dan tepat. ============================================================ One form of socialization and promotion of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma is to conduct the Selection of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Student Ambassadors which was first held this year. Participants in the selection of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Student Ambassadors are active STMIK students, the procedure for selecting STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Student Ambassadors begins with an administrative selection in the form of an active certificate and transcript of the latest grades and has the condition of being an active student, then the results of the administrative selection will be forwarded to the admin verification of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. After the admin has verified the file, the next step is to carry out the selection process by following various assessment processes based on the criteria set by STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is White Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. Results of Research on Decision Support System for the Selection of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Ambassadors Using the Website-Based SMARTER Method, namely the existence of this system will provide convenience for STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma in the process of selecting Student Ambassadors that is more objective, easy and precise.
