Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Iqbal, 2021, Implementasi Metode MOORA Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pegawai Berprestasi Pada Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Skripsi jurusan Sistem Informasi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (1) Andi Yusika R. S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II) Amelia Yusnita,S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Implementasi, MOORA, Pegawai, Prestasi Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi pada Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Dengan Metode Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) yang nanti nya hasil dari penelitian ini bisa membantu pimpinan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan penerima bantuan PKH. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan. Model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah Bahasa HTML dan PHP, database yang digunakan MySQL. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi Menggunakan Metode Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) yang dapat memudahkan pimpinan melakukan seleksi pemilihan pegawai berprestasi dengan lebih baik. This research was conducted at the Health Training Center of East Kalimantan Province, the data collection method used was interviews by asking questions related to PKH beneficiaries. By means of observation, namely conducting direct observations to the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Training Center. In this research, the system development method used is the decision support system development method. The model with decision support software used is HTML and PHP, the database used is MySQL. The final result of this research is in the form of a Decision Support System for selecting outstanding employees using the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method which can make it easier for leaders to make better selection of outstanding employees
