Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Keuangan Rumah Sakit Umum Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Berbasis Web. Pembimbing Utama: Bartolomius Harpad, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping: Eka Arriyanti, S.Pd., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pelaporan, Keuangan, Web Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Keuangan Rumah Sakit Umum Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Berbasis Web yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan efisiensi khususnya pencatatan proses keuangan dalam penanganan Covid 19 pada rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie yang berlokasi di Samarinda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Keuangan Rumah Sakit Umum Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Berbasis Web, dengan harapan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai penerapan sistem informasi pelaporan keuangan dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall yang terdiri dari Analisis, Design, Coding, Testing, dan Maintenance. Alat bantu yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan Flowchart, Site Map (Peta Situs). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan software pengolah website, antara lain Database MySQL, Web Developer Menggunakan PHP, Editor dan Web Desain menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. Dari hasil implementasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan Sistem Informasi dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja dari akuntan dalam proses pendataan keuangan dan mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan keuangan, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan pada pendataan keuangan. ============================================================ Web-Based Information System for Financial Reporting General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Keywords: Reporting System, Finance, Web The research was conducted to be able to create a Web-Based Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda General Hospital Financial Reporting Information System which aims to increase work effectiveness and efficiency which will ultimately increase efficiency, especially recording financial processes in handling Covid 19 in hospitals. This research was conducted at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital, located in Samarinda. The purpose of this study was to produce a Web-Based Information System for Financial Reporting General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda, with the hope of getting a clear picture of the application of financial reporting information systems in hospital services. The system development method uses Waterfall which consists of Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance. Tools used in system development using Flowchart, Site Map (Site Map). This system is built using website processing software, including MySQL Database, Web Developer Using PHP, Editor and Web Design using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. From the results of system implementation, it is concluded that the use of Information Systems can increase the work productivity of accountants in the financial data collection process and speed up the process of making financial reports, so as to reduce the risk of recording and calculating errors in financial data collection.
