Abstract

Nursobah., S.Kom., M.Kom dan Pembimbing Pendamping Drs. Azahari, M.Kom Kata Kunci : Sistem, Pendukung, Keputusan, MOORA Narkoba adalah singkatan dari narkotika dan obat atau bahan berbahaya. Perilaku menyimpang tumbuh di kalangan masyarakat akibat kurang seimbangnya masalah ekonomi, terutama terhadap para remaja Indonesia yang sering menggunakan minum-minuman keras dan obat-obatan terlarang. Mungkin karena kurang perhatian dari orang tua atau mungkin juga karena ajakan para pemakai atau teman-temannya. Penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap para pelajar berawal dari penawaran dari pengedar narkoba. Awalnya hanya diberi beberapa kali dan setelah merasa ketergantungan terhadap narkoba itu, maka pengedar mulai menjualnya. Setelah saling membeli narkoba, maka langsung disuruh menjadi pengedar untuk mengajak teman-temannya yang lain untuk mencoba obat-obatan terlarang tersebut. Penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap Narkoba terbukti telah merusak masa depan bangsa di negara manapun, merusak karakter manusia, merusak fisik dan kesehatan masyarakat, serta dalam jangka panjang berpotensi besar mengganggu daya saing dan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan observasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Kalimantan Timur memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan pada penelitian ini. Metode pengembang sistem yang digunakan ialah waterfall, metode, alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, serta Class Diagram dan pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian Blackbox dan Whitebox. Penelitian menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pendamping untuk pecandu narkoba pada Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menggunakan metode Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). sehingga dapat membantu Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan pemilhan pendamping pecandu narkoba di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang cocok dan tepat. ============================================================ Yuda Saputra, 2022, Decision Support System for Selection of Drug Addicts Assistant Using the Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method at the Web-Based National Narcotics Agency of East Kalimantan Province, Thesis for Information Systems Study Program, Widya Cipta Computer and Information Management College Dharma, Main Advisor Dr. H. Nursobah., S.Kom., M.Kom and Advisor Drs. Azahari, M. Kom Keywords: System, Support, Decision, MOORA Narkoba stands for narcotics and drugs or hazardous materials. Deviant behavior grows in the community due to the lack of balance in economic problems, especially for Indonesian teenagers who often use alcohol and illegal drugs. Maybe because of lack of attention from parents or maybe because of the invitation of the users or their friends. Drug abuse against students begins with offers from drug dealers. Initially only given a few times and after feeling dependent on the drug, the dealers started selling it. After buying each other's drugs, they were immediately told to become dealers to invite other friends to try the illegal drugs. Drug abuse and illicit trafficking has been proven to have damaged the future of the nation in any country, damaged human character, damaged physical and public health, and in the long term has the potential to disrupt the competitiveness and progress of a nation. The data collection method used was by observing and conducting interviews with the National Narcotics Agency of East Kalimantan Province providing questions related to this research. The system developer method used is the waterfall method, system design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams and system testing using Blackbox and Whitebox testing. The research resulted in a decision support system for the selection of companions for drug addicts at the National Narcotics Agency of East Kalimantan Province using the Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. so that it is expected to help the National Narcotics Agency of the Province of East Kalimantan to make decisions in determining the selection of a suitable and appropriate companion for drug addicts at the National Narcotics Agency of East Kalimantan Province.
