Abstract

Evaluasi guru honorer merupakan kegiatan yang biasa dilakukan oleh sekolah. Hal ini membantu untuk memahami hasil pengajaran guru honorer kepada siswa. Dalam menentukan guru tetap, sekolah memiliki syarat-syarat tertentu untuk calon guru tetap. Calon guru tetap yang dinilai adalah guru honorer yang telah mengajar lebih dari satu tahun dan memiliki hasil penilaian kinerja yang baik. Keputusan pengangkatan guru tetap dilakukan melalui penilaian terhadap kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK TI Airlangga yang berlokasi di Jl. Pahlawan No.2 A, Dadi Mulya, Kec. Samarinda Ulu, Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan serta observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke lokasi sekolah. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dan pengujian blackbox, whitebox, dan beta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah pengambilan keputusan pengangkatan guru tetap. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang menggunakan sistem penunjang keputusan pengangkatan guru tetap berdasarkan daftar penilaian rekomendasi calon guru tetap di SMK TI Airlangga. ============================================================ Evaluation of honorary teachers is an activity that is usually carried out by schools. This helps to understand the results of teaching honorary teachers to students. In determining permanent teachers, schools have certain conditions for prospective permanent teachers. Prospective permanent teachers assessed are honorary teachers who have taught for more than one year and have good performance appraisal results. The decision to appoint teachers is still made through an assessment of the specified criteria. This research was conducted at SMK TI Airlangga which is located on Jl. Hero No.2 A, Dadi Mulya, Kec. Samarinda Ulu, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The data collection method used is interviews by asking questions and observations, namely making direct observations to school locations. The system development method used in this research is the decision support system (DSS) method and blackbox, whitebox, and beta testing. The purpose of this research is to facilitate decision-making on the appointment of permanent teachers. The results of this study are in the form of an application that uses a decision support system for permanent teacher appointments based on a list of assessment recommendations for prospective permanent teachers at SMK TI Airlangga.
