Abstract

Education Center dibawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur merupakan sebuah tempat yang membantu siswa/siswi jenjang SMA dan SMK yang memiliki kendala dalam mengembangkan potensi dirinya pada saat pembelajaran di sekolah seperti tidak adanya peralatan praktek, tempat praktek ataupun juga tempat untuk melakukan kegiatan sekolah yang membutuhkan tempat luas dan fasilitas yang memadai. Banyaknya sekolah-sekolah di provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang ingin menggunakan Gedung Education Center untuk melakukan praktek, serta mengadakan pelatihan pra-kerja untuk jenjang SMK agar memiliki persiapan setelah lulus sekolah. Fasilitas yang dimiliki ialah alat praktek dari berbagai jurusan seperti alat berat, Teknik pengelasan, Teknik listrik, Teknik pertambahan, Teknik computer gedung aula dengan kapasitas 200 orang, asrama, lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Hasil dari web ini dapat menghasilkan pemesanan yang relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Dengan adanya web ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses pengelolaan agar maksimal dan tidak ada terjadinya penumpukkan jadwal, serta pemesanan, dan laporan. Pengelolaan serta peminjaman,diharapkan sekolah�sekolah dapat menggunakan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan provinsi kalimantan timur dengan maksimal karena tidak memerlukan biaya apapun. ============================================================ The Education Center under the auspices of the Education and Culture Office of East Kalimantan Province is a place that helps high school and vocational high school students who have obstacles in developing their potential when learning at school such as the absence of practical equipment, a place to practice or also a place to do school activities which requires a large space and adequate facilities. There are many schools in East Kalimantan province who want to use the Education Center Building to practice, as well as conduct pre�employment training for the SMK level so that they have preparation after graduating from school. The facilities owned are practical equipment from various majors such as heavy equipment, welding engineering, electrical engineering, accretion engineering, computer engineering, hall building with a capacity of 200 people, dormitories, field. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. The results of this web can produce orders that are relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. With this website, it can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in terms of the management process so that it is maximized and there is no schedule stacking, as well as orders, and reports. Management and borrowing, it is hoped that schools can use the facilities provided by the East Kalimantan Provincial Education and Culture Office to the maximum because it does not require any fees.
